Understanding Your Intuition (by Nicholas Scott)

"Everyone has intuition, it is
just a matter of taking the time
to understand
how it works, and building
a better relationship
of trust with
the self
."
The Intuition is a multifaceted and intriguing language of the Soul or Universe.

It is defined as “the ability to understand something instinctively, without the need for conscious reasoning” (Oxford Living Dictionary). I like to see it as the language that you personally have with your maker. It is a language that is based on your own personal life experience as well as your personality.

There are many names people give to others who are intuitive. Some may call people psychic or an oracle or even a seer, but regardless of all these names it is not something that is outside of you. It is something that is innate and, when given the time, something that can be relied on always. One workshop that I took with the amazing Gerald Dean defined intuition as ESP. Not extra sensory perception but extended sensory perception. I love this definition because it allows you to see your own innate abilities as an extension of your most prominent physical senses.

Everyone has intuition, it is just a matter of taking the time to understand how it works, and building a better relationship of trust with the self
. Did you know that wearing your favourite colour enhances your connection?

This week, I'm offering a workshop on intuition, where I'll be sharing some different tips on how to connect.

In the workshop, participants be doing some self-discovery meditations and group work to define Intuition for themselves, and to build connections with others along the same journey. Activities will help participants have fun with their Intuitions as they are and witness their progression over time. There will also be a group discussion and sharing of different intuitive experiences that the group has had, and shed some insight on those experiences as a group.

See you there!

Before anything else, I want to thank you for discussing this very important topic to us. They say that we should always follow our intuition, for it represents a reality most of the time. The logic will always be "as long as there is something wrong or change that you feel, make sure to check on it". But of course, we also need to know our boundaries, because being delusional is also possible, we all know that!

Yes, there is a huge difference between living life on 5 senses vs living life on 6 senses, where the 6th sense is the nothing rather than the extrasensory perception. Well, the second sight is spontaneous. I think it is quite advantageous to trust yourself as well as your inner knowings. Because by trusting your inner instincts, you can make better decisions more quickly, align with your true purpose, discover hidden truths, live life in the flow, and open up your inventiveness and imagination.
