In 2020-21, during the lockdowns of COVID-19, Members of the The Inner Arts Collective came together to create the "How We Heal" discussion series, to spark conversation on how to understand, move through and transform some of the difficult feelings we were experiencing in our practices and our communities. Now, years later, the themes we discussed continue to be relevant to our communities, so we have decided to keep the collection here for public use. We hope they can support you!
