Important topics have been emerging as a result of the response to COVID-19. The Inner Arts Collective community has created this complementary "How We Heal" discussion series, as well as the online platform - The Inner Arts Hive - to spark conversation from the perspectives of a range of wellness experts on how to understand, move through and transform some of the difficult feelings we are experiencing.
Over the course of 2021, we are using these panel discussions to dive into aspects related to monthly themes - themes that Members are offering a number of services and programs to support throughout the year. For a full list of themes, visit our blogpost Weaving Resilience.

Repatterning for Resilience
This is a complementary online panel discussion, but registration is required.
It has become clear that the way we've been doing things is not sustainable. The daily grind, working on a cycle that doesn't match nature's (and in turn our own), putting on a “game face” to hide vulnerability and not come across as weak.
These are all ways that weaken our heart, and wear down our resilience. While the dictionary defines resilience as toughness, and being able to spring back into shape after being stretched or pulled, psychologists define it in terms of adaptability, and being able to adjust well in the face of adversity, stress and trauma. What we've seen over the last year and a half is just how apt the latter interpretation is to our long term health, wellbeing and overall sanity. So how do we do that? How do we allow ourselves to adapt when feeling up against a wall, protective, hurt, and angry? How do we respond differently, stepping outside of our familiar patterns and into our natural state of flow and abundance? How do we remind ourselves that we will come through this, not as what we used to be, but what we are becoming and what we are being called to express? And especially, what does this mean for the collective? What is the lesson here and how do we move forward not just as individuals, but as a collective united? Join Jennifer Polansky, Amanda Williams and Nick Veit in a timely and meaningful discussion about repatterning our Resilience, along with valuable practices and tips to support you and those around you. |
About Your Panelists
Jennifer Polansky
I help women on their journey of self-love, coming home to their body, and embracing their gifts so they can live their purpose with ease and flow. Together we dive into the limiting beliefs that hold you back, tapping into the root cause and healing at a cellular level. Through embodiment practices, meditation, shamanic tools and energy cultivation I hold space for you to see yourself as you are, a Creator. I offer Private Coaching, Retreats and Online Sisterhood Programs. Let's connect and dive deep, so you can live your best life. jenniferpolansky.ca
Amanda Williams
In this age of technology, multi-tasking and tremendous stress levels, (and now with Covid-19), we have lost ourselves in our daily activities and lives. We feel depleted, burnt out, and disconnected from ourselves and others.
I provide an individualized treatment designed to assist people in reconnecting to their authentic selves, releasing what no longer serves them and provide support in healing of old traumas and wounds through energy and body work, bringing peace and mindfulness back to the individual. Combining traditional education with holistic and spiritual studies as well as intuitive skills, I’ve created my own unique treatment style that includes therapies such as (but not limited to) Reiki, Energy Medicine, Aromatherapy, massage (Swedish/Lymphatic Drainage), acupressure (Shiatsu, Reflexology) and sound/vibrational arts therapy.
I believe passionately that WE ARE ALL DESERVING OF OPTIMAL HEALTH RIGHT NOW, TODAY!

I am a Past Life Regression therapist trained by Deborah Skye King. I help clients tap deep into themselves in a direct way, repattern their subconscious and conscious realms and to refine their mental and emotional lives. Those who come to me for support receive energetic direction and bypassing of behavioural patterns which no longer have relevance to the soul. I am an agent of transition and am extremely passionate about the human being's capacity to heal.
