Kicking Off Your Self-Care Campaign
It's time to share your self-care article / infographic on Facebook, put it on your website, and send the link through messenger or private facebook messages to your network! While you work on this, you'll also be creating an offer to support existing clients in their holiday self-care regime, and reaching out to them tomorrow.
Creating Your Self-Care Offer
As an important part of your clients' support team, it's time for you to create an opportunity for them to be able to turn to you for some self-care over the next few weeks.
Over the course of November and December, you’re offering existing clients / customers a special treat (e.g., a 30% discount on all of your services). So this week, your mission is to let existing clients know that you care, that you understand how busy the holidays can be (you can include your infographic post along with this offer if you'd like), and how your services can help them keep up to the task of the holiday season. This can be a simple email or a more formal "invitation to self-care" using one of the templates on Canva. Make sure you include a link to your self-care infographic / post, and get it proofread by somebody else before you send it out. TIP: If you really want to be on the ball, draft a response for those who contact you, to make your response-time prompt and professional! |

Key Functions of this Campaign
Keep in mind these key functions of this campaign:
1. SUPPORT - ensure you are a solid part of your client's self-care team during this difficult time of year.
2. BUILD RAPPORT & TRUST - your clients will see that you genuinely care about them, and are willing to go the extra mile for their well-being.
3. REMIND - For those you haven't seen in a while, this serves as a reminder of what you can offer them in a way that is immediate and relevant.
3. GIVE - Providing a gift before you an "ask" is an important part of business etiquette. This will line you up for your ask, which will be in a couple of weeks, when you ask them to purchase gift certificates from you for the holidays.

Example
Here's an example post I sent out last year personally to all existing clients, designed on Canva for no fee whatsover, using one of their drag and drop gift certificate templates.
There was an option to include "terms and conditions" of the certificate, which I opted out of for this message, as it's all people who I know and who I've worked with in the past.
Saved as a png directly from Canva, I pasted this right into an email message to clients, sent out individually or as a group.

Finished With Your Self-Care Campaign?
Have you completed and mailed out your Self-Care campaign? You may want to send a reminder out to everybody in a couple of weeks, but in the mean time, let's get you ready for the next step in your Holiday Ramp Up Program.
Next week, you'll be connecting with these same clients to offer them an opportunity to purchase some gift certificates for loved ones to make holiday gift giving easy!
