This week, you will be following-up with existing clients who you sent your invitation to self-care email out last week (so if you haven't reached out to existing clients yet for the self-care campaign, this is a great opportunity to do so), and let them know that you have gift certificates available – and you are offering an exclusive offer to existing clients, where for each gift certificate purchased, they will receive 20 credits towards a New Year Session booked by February 2018.

You'll be creating 2 Gift Certificates - one that offers 20 credits (or dollars) to the customer that purchases a gift certificate for a loved one, and one that is the gift certificate they purchase. You may also choose to offer gift certificates in a few varying amounts (e.g., $50, $100, $150).
