Entering and Exiting the Space
Hours of Operation
The Inner Arts Collective is open Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10:30pm. Use of the space outside of these hours, while uncommon, can be arranged.
Entry Protocol
Key Lock Box: The front and rear doors of the IAC are locked at all times, and entry is through a shared lock box holding the front door keys, located to the right of the front door. The door code is only available to Sky, Aether, Earth, Air, Water and Fire Plan Members, and will be given to you during your face-to-face orientation onsite. Instructions for use are taped to the front door, and available by video Here. If you are a Helix Plan Member, your use of the space at 257 Danforth does not permit use of the treatment rooms, however you can come pick-up your mail, hold an event (on the main floor), booked in advance.
Shoes: Please make sure to take off your shoes at landing on the 2nd floor. If weather is particularly messy, you can leave your shoes at the front door. Please let your client know that the Inner Arts Collective is a No Shoe Zone, encourage them to use the slippers in the basket near the shoe mat.
Departure Protocol
Please wipe down the door knobs, tables, and light switches before you leave, using cleaning supplies in the shared washroom on the 2nd floor. Additional cleaning supplies (broom, vacuum, cloths, garbage bags etc) are also available in the kitchen cupboard on the main floor. Please ensure to leave the space as good as, or better than when you arrived.
Lights, Windows, and Clocks: If there are no other sessions happening when it is time for you to go, please remember to check all floors have their windows shut and lights out when you leave. Note any issues and text them to Melanie at 416-569-7241. Extra bulbs and batteries for clocks are kept in the practitioner lounge on the 2nd floor - you are welcome to change them yourself if that's simpler.
Please make sure the lock box is securely closed before you leave. Try opening it to test the latch clicked shut completely.
