Wendalyn Bartley
Wendalyn Bartley is a composer, sonic oracle, creative vocal coach and sound energy practitioner living in Toronto. For over thirty years she has pursued an artistic practice dedicated to an awakening of the voice of the feminine, the earth, and a reunited humanity. Her offerings are built upon the core belief that the power of sound and vibration through the human voice provides a powerful pathway to embodiment that opens us to our inherent wisdom, while giving us a grounded and expressive freedom so fundamental to healthy relationships, both personally, collectively and our relationship to nature. She brings her deep listening skills, creativity and knowledge of the voice into her sound energy practice, offering workshops, sound circles, group rituals, and individual embodied voice sessions. The music on her CD entitled "Sound Dreaming: Oracle Songs from Ancient Ritual Spaces" was created from vocal improvisations made in Malta and Crete at various sacred sites that have preserved and held the wisdom of the sacred feminine.
