This 7-week online professional development program runs from Monday November 20th to Friday January 12th. We understand the holidays can be challenging, but it is also a perfect time for growth!
This business mentorship program is designed to help you get the most out of the holidays by increasing sales with existing clients, getting new ones, kicking off to a great start in 2024.
Participants will plan, design, and launch a holiday promotion program for their business, including a Self-Care Campaign, Gift Certificate Campaign, and New Year Intentions Campaign. Participants will build trust with their clients (key to client retention and referrals), improve their online presence, improve office management and treatment coordination practices, and create a new service package offering for the New Year.
How Will it Work?
Each week participants will be mentored through new topic to help them ramp up with the holidays, with articles, tools and resources for making it happen. In Week 4 all are invited to attend an in-person, 2 hour Practice Circle to share where we're at, and exchange tips and tools to get through the challenges. In Week 7, we'll come together in the New Year to celebrate your practice and new package launch at our Annual Gala on January 7th!
