Each time we prepare to transition to a higher level of functioning in life, a door opens giving us access to deeply held limiting beliefs. These beliefs may simply be frameworks weʼve outgrown or ones that impair our sense of value and self-worth. Uncovering the positive intent within and reframing them can dynamically increase our resilience and support our ability to move forward with confidence towards our goals. The loss or beginning of a new job or relationship, health or financial challenges, starting a new business, graduation, marriage or becoming a parent; these are just a few of lifeʼs challenges that may bring unfinished issues to the surface to be cleared. What can feel like a fall from grace – is really an opportunity to clear another layer of the past and experience a greater sense of ease, flow and grace in the next unfolding chapter of life. Beyond the intuitive
With energy therapy, we use Higher Sense Perception [ the senses beyond the 6th sense] to [with consent] compassionately read your energy field as you discuss your goals, intentions and current issues. Your repeating patterns of challenges and strengths express themselves in your energy field (aura). The patterns of challenges and strengths express themselves in how your life force energy is either flowing or blocking your energy field (aura). This valuable guidance determines the areas that are ready for support and how to best facilitate the session for that day. We may also receive guidance regarding your issues and provide suggestions that may help your healing process. The Healing Process: Creating Resilience
We create a safe and confidential space to explore your healing intentions through teaching and compassionate listening. Then through a combination of co-creative discussion, hands-on energy work, teachings, helpful exercises and suggested reading, the healing of the issues unfold. On the simplest level we balance the energy field through a process called chelation – a form of hands- on energy healing. The work may deepen from there into restoring the functioning of the chakras to their most healthy state. Where there may be “stuckness” within a relationship, we may use a powerful technique that cleans the cords of relationship to help people start to see and hear each other more clearly again. Scheduling and fees
Scheduling: Sessions are available Tuesday to Saturday: In person • Long distance via zoom • or By phone. Each session is tailored to your specific goals and intentions that day, and the pace and depth unfolds at your own timing, and level of readiness. Note: Sessions work co-operatively with [not replace] any other type of health support you may be receiving. Rates (inclusive of HST): Initial Intake session: 2 hrs $185.00: Intake, discussion, and energy work. Regular ongoing sessions: 1.5 hours $170.00: discussion, energy/process work. Table work only [after intake]: 1.00 hour $125: table only, no process work Packages of sessions are also available. About Deborah
As a licensed energy therapist in private practice for over 25+ years, my healing work has focused on mentoring and teaching clients to explore and live their personal best. Through the process of uncovering and resolving patterns of limiting beliefs, clients become able to expand beyond current limitations and their true gifts begin to shine through.
I have been passionate about creativity, nature, animals the inner workings of the unseen world from the time I was a child. Much of that was developed during convalescence from early health challenges and recovery from a hip operation from a bone-eating cyst when I was 6 years old.
As an adult, I would learn how those challenges as well as the disintegrating of my family container were part of the healers apprenticeship not separate from it. I didn't begin to have a formal framework for what that meant growing up beyond expressing it through art, music and science. Thanks to the blessings and direction of exceptional teachers, I followed my passion to study and develop my creative abilities at Ontario College of Art in Toronto; and later worked professionally in the design and advertising industry for over 25 years.
During that time, I met and studied with many gifted traditional and native healers and teachers who had a profound impact on the direction my life would take. It lead to an unexpected kundalini awakening that opened the dormant energy healing abilities that are inherent in us all and a byproduct of spiritual and personal growth.
In the process of seeking to understand more about what was happening with these sensations, I came across a book called Hands of Light by Dr. Barbara Brennan. I learned there was actually a school with a 4-year program to deepen personal and spiritual development as well as train students in healing techniques. After having sessions with a graduate in Toronto I went on to study and graduate from the Healing Science Program at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing in New York. And am completing the next level as a Bachelor of Science in Healing Science candidate.
The personal therapy requirements, studies in hands-on healing techniques, traditional and energetic anatomy and physiology, studies in object relations and professional case studies are just a few of the requirements of this program that help to prepare graduates to become clear and grounded professionals.
