About my services...

I work individually with youth (ages 10 and up) and adults. Areas of expertise include:
  • grief and bereavement
  • stress and anxiety
  • managing life transitions 
  • diminished self worth or sense of wellness

Fees: $100 for 60 minutes
I offer an integrated approach of expressive art modalities (visual, music, voice, play, storytelling and movement) with talk and body/mind awareness. This approach can work well for children, youth and for adults looking for an alternative to talk therapy. 

I have a passion for bringing creativity, play and imagination into my practice to support my client’s exploration of themselves, their relationships and life goals. I trust that expression, through the arts will help clients tap into new and different ways of thinking, feeling, and seeing. Resulting in a greater capacity to be in and to relate in the world. I complement my practice with talk, mindfulness and trauma informed therapies. My aim is to provide a rounded support system for clients to feel heard, to de-stress, to connect to their inner resources, and build life skills.

I am passionate about supporting children, youth and adults experiencing disconnect, adversity, grief and trauma to give voice to their experiences through narrative, art, expression or ritual.

​I completed my Expressive Arts education at CREATE Institute, Toronto. Prior to this I completed Mindfulness training certification at University of Toronto and a three year program in Transpersonal Psychotherapy studies. In addition to my private practice, I continue to work with clients one on one for Hospice Toronto in the areas of bereavement and young care-givers.​
