About Chloe
I support individuals with a variety of challenges, including Anxiety, Depression, Relationships and Boundaries, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Chronic Pain, Life Transitions, as well as those interested in exploring and deepening their personal/spiritual paths. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, holistic, and collaborative. I have more than ten years of diverse experience supporting individuals. I bring empathy, open-mindedness, compassion and curiosity to each of my sessions.
I am deeply committed to my own personal healing journey and to ongoing professional development. I am passionate about empowering people to overcome their own challenging life situations and limiting belief patterns, to reclaim their inherent worth as a human being, and to develop a deeper level of awareness and connection with their bodies and inner wisdom.
I respect the courage it takes to explore your thoughts and emotions. I welcome all inquiries and I offer free phone consultations to make this process feel safe and comfortable for you.
If applicable, you can check with your insurance company to determine whether they cover Registered Social Worker therapy services.
