Nina Littman-Sharp, MSW, RSW

Individual and Couples Therapist
416-995-2632
n.littmansharp@rogers.com
I am a registered social worker with 33 years of experience in counselling individuals and couples.  My strength-based approach includes cognitive-behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing and brief solution-focused therapy.

The online world can both help and hurt; I assist people struggling with its downsides: overuse, procrastination, risky behaviours and more.

I spent 18 years managing the Problem Gambling Service at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, developing programming, supervising staff, running groups and building treatment capacity in Toronto ethnocultural communities.  We worked with those affected by problem gambling, and also with internet overuse.  Addiction to gaming was a focus.  I’ve also worked with troubled physicians, and know the stress, pressures and emotional issues they experience..
