Channeler Energy Healer About Esné...Esné is an Intuitive, Channeler & Energy Healer who offers grounded, practical sessions focused on revealing and healing the subconscious self - otherwise known as the 'shadow'. Using modalities such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), channeling and hypnosis, she guides sensitive people to heal old patterns and traumas, and embark on a new chapter of spiritual evolution.
Esné is a twice-certified Master in traditional and modern Usui Reiki, and practices shamanic energy work, in combination with Master Plant dieta retreats in the Peruvian Amazon. Esné has ongoing training with the Amazonian jungle 'Master Plants' within the context of the Shipibo shamanic tradition. She facilitates Ayahuasca retreats within Peru and abroad. Additionally, she is deepening her work with the subconscious at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, licensed by the Department of Education in the US, where she will graduate as a Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist by summer 2025. |

Services
Esné works to reduce and/or clear false beliefs that are causing suffering in an individual: first by identifying the root belief, second by clearing the emotional charge, and finally by replacing it with beliefs that are in alignment. This process can be achieved through one-on-one sessions, and combined with reiki and shamanic tools to rebalance the energetic system - as well as shamanic ceremonies with experienced practitioners - to facilitate an inner and outer 'rebirth'.
EFT Intuitive Session
Esné channels your biggest mental/emotional block and uses meridian tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) - with you - to clear it out of your system. You receive a positive channeled EFT script to practice on your own, designed to accelerate you towards inner health and balance. $190 per 1.5hr session |
Reiki & Shamanic Energy Work
Using Reiki and shamanic energy tools, Esné goes through each of your chakras, re-balancing the body's system and removing denser energies. When done at a distance, you receive a written summary of the work on each chakra after the session is complete. 90$/ 30 minutes |

Plant Medicine Retreats in the Peruvian Amazon
Esné facilitates retreats in the Peruvian Amazon within the context of the sacred cultural practices of the Shipibo tribe. During your retreat, you eat a special diet termed 'dieta' - no oil, no salt, no sugar and no spices - and have an isolated place in the jungle to meditate, journal, draw, play music or otherwise express yourself. This is a time to call on and learn from the spirits of the plants to assist in deep inner healing. Ayahuasca ceremonies take place every two days, during which the shamans sing 'icaros' - sacred medicinal songs in Shipibo - that are chosen specifically to facilitate profound spiritual, mental and emotional shifts in consciousness.
