I am a holistic and integrative practitioner, a strong believer in creating safe and empowering spaces in which clients are invited to explore their inner knowing. I work closely to support each individual in bringing a deeper awareness to their own subconscious & somatic patterns, embracing the importance of addressing mind, body and spirit with a trauma informed perspective for true integration and alignment to occur.
I have been trained in Spiritual Psychotherapy, Reiki Level 1/2, and various Yoga Teacher Trainings to support my understanding about how to embrace an embodied path towards resolving and processing psycho-emotional challenges, traumatic imprints, and early childhood experiences through reconnecting with the core of our inner being to reclaim the lost, disowned and fragmented parts of Self. As well as guiding individuals to learn how to regulate their nervous system during times of stress and anxiety using various yogic modalities encompassing breath and movement. The sessions are uniquely lead to meet your personal needs and meet you where you are finding yourself in the present moment to.
I embrace a strong connection to attachment based theories and hold the awareness that our nervous system has certain patterning within our somatic experience which continues to direct relational and intimate experiences. I mentor individuals in advocating for their personal needs, boundaries and create the foundations for clients to become more self-aware in how to communicate these experiences more effectively in order to build authentic interpersonal relationships.
