Melanie Ollenberg and Sarah Wooldridge connect businesses in the GTA with a range of services offered by our team, through our Workplace Wellness Membership Program.
This program invites companies to offering the following services for an annual fee of $3885, or $323/mo (a 30% discount from the value of $5550). Alternatively, companies can purchase individual components for the cost outlined below:
A. Monthly Workplace Wellness On-Site Lunch-Time Speaker Series: Topics are well-researched and professionally presented, directly applicable and provide hands-on strategies that employees can use. ($150/mo or $1800/yr)
B. Tailored Monthly Workplace Wellness Newsletter: Personalized with the business' branding image; Tailored to include local information from their business' geographic community; Wellness facts more generally, and facts based on their identified needs; Wellness Challenges and Contests. (Local wellness industry can advertise in it for a nominal fee). ($250/mo)
C. Wellness Service Discounts for Employees: Off-site wellness and self-development services available at a 20% discount by Inner Arts Collective Members.
D. Quarterly Employee Wellness Survey and Analysis: Findings shared in the next employee newsletter; Findings used to chart progress, service impact, service use, satisfaction, stress levels, and suggestions for improvement. Annual findings presented at team retreat / strategic planning meeting at the end of each year. ($2000)
E. Annual Team Retreat Guest Speakers: Half-day, off-site, facilitated team retreat for employees that unites meditation, coaching, and team-building; designed based on results from Employee Wellness Surveys, to celebrate successes, and create new milestones for the following year. ($1500)
